Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund via our website.
